Common Questions

Where exactly is the studio?
We're at 446 SW Paar Dr., Port St. Lucie, FL 34953. Parking is free on site — no gates or buzzers.
How much does a session cost?
$110 per hour with a 2-hour minimum, so the shortest session is $220. The camera operator, cameras, microphones, lighting and the set are all included in that rate.
How long can I book?
Sessions start at 2 hours and can extend in 30-minute steps, up to the full day (10:30 AM – 5:30 PM ET). The studio is bookable every day of the week.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Requests need at least 48 hours notice, and can be made up to 90 days in advance.
How do I pay?
Right on the site — secure card payment through Stripe when you book. The full session amount is charged at booking, and your slot is locked in immediately.
Is my booking confirmed as soon as I book?
Yes — as soon as your payment completes, the slot is yours. You'll get a confirmation email right away with the studio address, arrival details and a calendar invite.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel free of charge with at least 48 hours notice. The full policy is in the

Studio Rental Terms

Booking & Payment

Sessions are paid in full by card at the time of booking, and your reservation is confirmed immediately upon successful payment. The confirmation email contains the studio address and arrival details.

Cancellation

Cancel with at least 48 hours notice before your session start time for a full refund. Cancellations inside 48 hours, and no-shows, are non-refundable.

Studio Use

Sessions include the listed equipment and a camera operator. The client is responsible for damage beyond normal wear caused by their party. Recordings are delivered as described at the time of booking.

Conduct

The studio may end a session without refund for unsafe, unlawful, or abusive behavior. Food and drink are permitted only in designated areas.

Do I need to bring any equipment?
No. Cameras, microphones, lighting and the set are all included, and a camera operator runs the session. Just bring yourself, your guests and your notes.
